Garden Maintenance Terms & Conditions

1. Service Structure

NPR Gardening provides regular garden maintenance services. One-off visits are not offered unless agreed in advance.

2. Minimum Charge

A minimum charge equivalent to one hour applies to all visits.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.

Where payment has not been received, a reminder may be issued. Gardening services may be placed on hold until any outstanding balance has been cleared.

Invoices outstanding for more than 30 days may incur a £10 late fee.

In cases of persistent non-payment, NPR Gardening reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.

4. Access & Safety

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the garden during agreed service times.

NPR Gardening reserves the right to refuse work where conditions are unsafe.

5. Weather Conditions

Services may be rescheduled in cases of severe weather or unsuitable working conditions.

6. Waste Removal

NPR Gardening is licensed to remove green garden waste only.

Green waste generated during normal maintenance may be removed within reason. Where unusually large quantities of green waste are produced, an additional charge may apply.

NPR Gardening does not remove soil, rubble, hardcore, general household waste, garden furniture or other non-green waste.

Garden clearance services are not offered.

Large volumes of waste may require a skip arranged by the client.

7. Right to Terminate

NPR Gardening reserves the right to suspend or terminate service where payment terms are not met or where working conditions are deemed unsuitable.
